1.Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website and investor zone operated by Active life Int., s.r.o., with its registered office at Tomášikova 28D, 821 01 Bratislava, company ID (IČO) 48 108 456, registered in the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III District Court, section Sro, insert No. 103427/B (the “Operator” or “Renesant”).
By using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform.
2.Definitions

| SPV | A special purpose vehicle, a company established for an individual real estate project. |
| Qualified investor | A person meeting the criteria of expertise and financial capacity under applicable legislation and the Operator’s internal rules. |
| User | Any natural or legal person accessing the platform. |
3.Subject and nature of the service
Renesant is a real estate developer — we acquire and transform properties under the acquisition — transformation — sale model in the Central and Eastern European region. We operate an information platform about our value-add projects and an investor zone, through which we make project materials available to verified qualified partners.
On selected projects we offer a partnership opportunity. Partnerships are structured project by project through separate SPVs. This is not a shared or collective asset vehicle.
4.No public offer or investment advice
The content of the platform is for information purposes only. It does not constitute and must not be construed as:
- a public offer of securities or an invitation to subscribe for or acquire securities;
- an investment prospectus under capital market legislation;
- investment, legal, tax or accounting advice or a recommendation;
- an offer of collective investment.
Renesant is not a regulated crowdfunding platform or a securities dealer. Any returns stated are target and not guaranteed and do not constitute a promise of future results. Before any decision, we recommend consulting an independent adviser.
5.Access for qualified investors
Materials on co-investment opportunities in the investor zone are intended exclusively for verified qualified investors. Access is conditional on successful registration and identity verification. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access without giving reasons.
6.Registration and verification (KYC/AML)
To access the investor zone, the user must provide truthful registration data and undergo the identity verification (KYC) process and checks in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Operator is entitled to request identity documents and additional information, verify them and retain them to the extent required by law.
7.Risks
Investing in real estate and real estate projects involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire amount invested. The main risks include in particular:
- market risk (a fall in property prices, a change in demand);
- liquidity risk — an investment may be unsaleable or saleable only at a loss;
- execution and construction risk (budget overruns, delays in the transformation);
- financing and interest rate risk;
- regulatory, legal and tax risk;
- counterparty risk and risk at the level of the individual SPV.
Historical results and model scenarios are not a guarantee of future performance.
8.Rights and obligations of the user
- The user undertakes to use the platform in accordance with the law and these Terms.
- The user must not compromise the security of the platform, gain unauthorized access or share login credentials with third parties.
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activating two-factor authentication (2FA) where required.
9.Limitation of liability
The Operator exercises reasonable care regarding the accuracy and currency of the content, but does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or currency of the information. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, reliance on its content, unavailability of the service or the user’s investment decisions.
10.Intellectual property
All content of the platform — texts, graphics, logo, design, data models and software — is protected by intellectual property rights and is owned by the Operator or its licensors. Without prior written consent, it is not permitted to copy, distribute or otherwise commercially use the content.
11.Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
12.Changes to the terms
The Operator may change these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on the platform, stating the effective date. By continuing to use the platform after changes are published, you agree to the new version.
13.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. The courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction over disputes. If the user is a consumer, their rights under the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law remain unaffected.
